Nursery and Play School (Between 1.5 and 3 years old) |
The nursery programme is developed based on the understanding that the early formative years are the most critical in a child’s development. The indoor classrooms and outdoor spaces are set up to promote active learning and encourage different types of play. A stimulating environment which offers a wide range of safe equipment and activities is provided to allow children explore, discover, stimulate and experiment through sensory play. |
| Preschool 1
(4 years old) |
At this stage, the child starts to display independent behaviour. Self-help skills are encouraged and supported. Children will learn about routines, which will foster language skills and the ability to concentrate. Through a diverse range of structured and unstructured learning activities, our teachers promote learning that is purposeful and enjoyable for children.
Focuses on the primary areas of development. These are language, arts, literacy, mathematics, science, social and emotional development, gross and fine motor development, as well as character building. These are some of the life skills your child will learn and develop with our help. |
| Preschool 2
(5 years old) |
This programme level focuses on encouraged learning through experimenting, trial and error, watching, listening and participating. As preschoolers gain more self-esteem, they feel ready to take on the next level of challenges. Our Preschool 2 curriculum not only enhances confidence but enables children to become problem-solvers at an early age.
Through independent exploration, structured activities, and hands-on learning, children develop a variety of skills and knowledge in subjects like early literacy, mathematics, science, Mandarin and social skills. The centre offers a safe and secure environment for your child. In our programme, each child is appreciated and accepted at their level of maturity and ability. The child is given the opportunity to learn, grow and develop in a setting filled with genuine affection and warmth. |
| Preschool 3
(6 years old) |
A predictable yet flexible daily routine encourages children’s natural curiosity and desire to learn. It provides consistency and helps them gain a sense of security and confidence to participate in the different parts of the programme.
The centre provides stimulating, challenging and accessible materials that are attractive and aesthetically pleasing to a child. This specially-created environment entices the child to explore, discover, manipulate and learn. The resources and materials offered cover a wide-ranging curriculum, including literacy, numeracy, science, computer studies, music, arts & crafts, gardening, and physical activities. Children are encouraged to develop their planning, implementing, decision-making, problem-solving and reflecting skills through the daily plan-do-review cycle. They are also exposed to individual, small and large group interactions through adult-initiated activities. |
